# Jimmy for teams: Jimmy for Teams and turnkey rollout

> Jimmy for Teams is a single task system built on the CALM method (Change · Area · Level · Mode): everyone marks tasks in the same language, and the manager sees the picture without a single report. Two formats: Jimmy for Teams — an assistant for every person on the team, pilots by request; turnkey rollout — we put the system in place in two weeks, for teams of 5 to 30 people.

## The numbers

- 2 weeks — from the interview to a working system
- 5–30 people on the team
- 0 status reports and stand-ups

## The problem: you do not know what your team is doing until you ask

And asking every day is micromanagement: people dislike it, it costs you time, and the picture is still pieced together from a spoken "fine, we're on it".

CALM solves this without reports: tasks are marked the same way for everyone, and every person's day is assembled by the same rules — so the picture of the team comes together on its own, from the tasks rather than from second-hand accounts.

**The same list gives the same day to anyone.**

## Two formats

- **Jimmy for Teams** — a personal assistant for every person on the team, plus a daily and weekly picture for the manager, with no reports and no micromanagement. Pilots by request; teams are onboarded personally and the number of pilot slots is limited.
- **Turnkey rollout** — business consulting for teams of 5 to 30 people: we put the task system in place, migrate and mark the tasks, train the team and stay close through the first weeks. In both formats the foundation is the same: one set of CALM marking rules, one task language for everyone.

## Jimmy for Teams — the three levels

| Level | What is inside |
| --- | --- |
| Team · Helper (basic) | The morning review, the plan for the day and the evening result — for everyone on the team. For the manager, the picture of the day. Tasks by text. |
| Team · Assistant (for pilots) | Everything in Team · Helper, plus the CALM method for the whole team: one set of marking rules — one task language for everyone. Tasks by voice. |
| Team · Personal assistant (maximum) | Everything in Team · Assistant, plus the weekly CALM ritual for the whole team and analytics: where the team loses pace, who is overloaded, what keeps getting stuck. |

## How a turnkey rollout runs

We do not sell consulting for its own sake: the point of a rollout is that within two weeks your team settles into the system and stays there. The procedure is proven and does not require weeks of preparation from the manager.

1. **Interview** — 1–2 hours, the only thing we need from you: goals, roles, how the flow of tasks works today, and what hurts.
2. **Setup** — 3–5 days, we do it: we build the team's task list in Todoist, migrate it and mark it ourselves. The CALM marking rules and the rhythm of the week are fitted to your structure, not to a template.
3. **Launch and training** — week 2, 20 minutes per person: the team starts living in the system, everyone gets a short training session on their own tasks, and you get the picture of the team without reports.
4. **Support** — the first weeks, in touch: we tune the rules, answer questions and calibrate to how the team actually works.

Behind the format: 20 years running businesses hands-on, as the person accountable for the result, and the CALM method, which goes through a daily self-test. After the rollout the team keeps working in Jimmy for Teams: the system stays alive instead of leaving with the consultant.

## The system learns your team

A rollout is more than setup: from the first day the team's context starts to accumulate. Business goals and focuses, roles, who is busy with what, what regularly gets stuck and for whom. A month in, the picture of the team comes not from reports but from the accumulated history of tasks.

Some layers of that context already work (setup at the start, marking the portfolio); others are in development: learning from your decisions and personal rules for the team.

## Why CALM works in a team

| What it does | How |
| --- | --- |
| Marking — one owner per task | Mode is read from the point of view of the task's assignee. A manager does not re-mark other people's tasks to fit their own view — the conflict is ruled out by design. |
| Visibility — the team contour instead of reports | The team contour is simply tasks assigned to other people, visible through three ordinary fields: assignee, Level, date. Nobody writes anything extra. |
| Chain — Delegated shows the second link | Delegated on an employee's task means "they passed it on further" — the link that collapses in ordinary trackers. |
| Rhythm — one tempo for everyone | Morning — the Focus, evening — the Closing, once a week — the ritual. The method is open in full, so the team understands why the day is assembled the way it is. |

## Questions managers ask

- **How much of my own time does this take?** The interview — one or two hours at the start. After that we do the setup and the migration of tasks ourselves; from you we need short check-ins during the support stage. The team learns on its own tasks, with no half-day group training.
- **Will the team resist the marking?** Marking in CALM is nods, not philosophy: the axes have defaults and a three-second rule, and with Jimmy the coordinates are proposed automatically — a person confirms rather than fills in forms. What usually causes resistance is reporting, and there is none here: the picture comes out of the tasks themselves.
- **We already run Jira / Notion / another tracker. What happens to it?** The system runs on Todoist — we migrate and mark the team's tasks during setup. Your workflows in Jira or Notion can stay untouched: CALM governs the level of "what are we doing today", not the storage of project documentation. Integrations with other trackers are on the roadmap.
- **What if it does not stick after a month?** The system stays with you: the tasks live in your own Todoist, the marking rules are open on this site, and the method is executable by hand. Jimmy can be switched off at any time — nothing is lost and nothing leaves with the consultant.
- **How much time does it cost an employee per day?** In the morning, confirm the Focus; in the evening, run a short Closing. That is minutes, not a stand-up: the method was deliberately built so as not to add one more duty to the team.

## Who runs the rollout

Vasily Chernogorov (Василий Черногоров) — author of the CALM method, twenty years running businesses hands-on, as the person accountable for the result. Jimmy and the method grew out of the operating system he uses to run his own day and his team — the one that goes through a daily self-test. He runs the rollout personally.

## Pricing and requests

Pricing is on request — it depends on the size of the team and the current state of its tasks. Apply for a Teams pilot or a rollout: https://heyjimmy.ai/en#early · Discuss it directly on Telegram: https://t.me/VasilyChernogorov
